My approach is somatic, feminist, and liberatory. Together, we’ll listen to your body’s wisdom, honor your survival strategies, and gently shift what no longer serves you so you can embody the life, relationships, and self-trust you deserve.
This is not just personal work. It is collective work. When you reclaim yourself, you shift the patterns passed down to you.

True healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves—mind, body, and spirit. My work focuses on embodiment, helping you tune into your body’s wisdom as a guide for healing and growth. Together, we will explore how emotions, past experiences, and stress show up in your body, and how reconnecting with your physical self can foster resilience, confidence, and emotional balance.

We often try to think our way through problems, but so much of what we feel is stored in the body. Embodiment practices help you move through stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt by reconnecting with your breath, movement, and inner sensations. Through this process, you can discover tools to regulate your emotions, increase self-awareness, and step into your life with more clarity and confidence.
